CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — The Clearfield Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has issued several citations after removing animals from a farm.
The SPCA said they issued five non-traffic citations against Brian Knepp after he failed to provide a clean and sanitary shelter for the animals.
The SPCA said the animals were kept in deep mud and manure in 28-degree weather.
State police assisted with the removal of the animals from the property: a mini pony, three calves and a goat. Read More...
ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Altoona police have released 20 of what they say are some of the department’s most prominent arrests over the past month.
The Altoona Police Department posted a gallery of mugshots to their Facebook page Wednesday.
Police said in the post, that the release “does not include all arrests, only some of the more prominent incidents handled by officers.”

Prior to moving to Johnstown, Caitlin worked as a Meteorologist at WBNG in Binghamton, NY while finishing up her degree at Millersville University.
