Pittsburgh (CNN) — Neighbors are devastated after someone shot and killed a Bald Eagle near Pittsburgh.
Now, authorities say charges are pending against the suspect.
"I mean why would you do that? That bird doesn't do anything to humans."
This image of the Bald Eagle, who many watched soar here, upset and ignited the Mount Pleasant Township community.
