Pittsburgh, Pa (WJAC) — The Pittsburgh Steelers are parting ways with offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner, according to a team release. "Change is a part of our business," said head coach Mike Tomlin during his press conference. "I'll acknowledge the possibility for that. After several delays, judge schedules trial for man accused of raping woman in 1995

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Nearly 30 years after police say a woman was raped in State College, and was left for dead, a trial date has now been set and DNA evidence is at the heart of the prosecution's case. In October of 2021, Scott Williams, of Mifflin County, was arrested and charged with rape, aggravated assault, burglary and five other criminal counts. The charges are related to what police say happened along a stretch of Pugh Street, in the borough of State College, in May of 1995. Read More...

Crosby ties Gretzky for most 'point-per-game' seasons in NHL history

Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby made history Monday night as he tied Hall of Famer Wayne Gretzky for the most seasons played (19) in which he averaged a "point-per game" for the entire year. ”Any time you can be in that company, it’s pretty cool,’' Crosby added in reference to matching Gretzky on such a significant milestone.
