Lawmakers celebrate passage of legislation allowing whole milk to return to school menus

Some lawmakers in Washington are touting a bill that would see whole milk and flavors added back to menus in schools. House Resolution 1147, also known as the "Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act,” passed the House this week with bipartisan support. The legislation was introduced by local representative Glenn "GT" Thompson. He says it's been 13 years since students have had the option of whole milk, when former First Lady Michelle Obama moved to only allow low-fat options. Read More...

PIAA Wrestling State Championships

HERSHEY, PA (WJAC) - Three local wrestlers left the Giant Center as state champions. In 2A, Forest Hill's Jackson Arrington won his 3rd PIAA Individual Wrestling State Championship on the mats of 152 lbs. In 3A, Central Mountain's Dalton Perry won gold at at 126 lbs. and State College's Pierson Manville won his first state title at 138 lbs. Over 20 wrestlers left with medals in both 2A and 3A. Pro-Palestine protesters scream 'F*** Joe Biden' at White House fence in for 'March4Gaza'

WASHINGTON (TND) — A large, angry mob of pro-Palestinian protesters screamed and chanted “f*** Joe Biden” as they tried to rip down the fence around The White House on Saturday night. They threw what appeared to be water bottles and other containers at the fence, while chanting expletives over and over. There are reports that some personnel were even evacuated from the grounds, because the protest started growing increasingly violent.
