KENT, Wash. (KOMO) — Police in Kent, Washington are investigating an overnight shooting near a busy transit center that sent a man to the hospital.
A 32-year-old man, identified by officers as transient, called 911 after he said he was shot in the lower back and assaulted by at least four juveniles when leaving Kent Station just before 1 a.m. on Wednesday. PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WJAC) — State police and the Centre County coroner responded to Penn Township on Friday after a treetop fell onto a man.
According to state police, 81-year-old Dale Musser was cutting down trees on Lingle Valley Road around 7 p.m. in Centre County when a treetop fell on top of him.
Officials said Musser was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death was ruled accidental from blunt force trauma from the falling tree limb. Read More...
