Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — In the wake of Friday’s tragic accident at the Union County West End Fair, which claimed the life of a 33-year-old Somerset County woman, we looked into safety regulations for events at fairs like tractor pulls.

PUNXSUTAWNEY - The Punxsutawney Rotary Club volunteered to plant more than 2,000 trees at the Punxsutawney Reservoir Friday.
The tree-planting event was held by the Jefferson County Conservation District and Pennsylvania American Water.
Watershed specialist Grace Presselato said the trees were planted near the stream to help stabilize eroded banks and improve water quality.

CENTRE HALL, Pa (WJAC). — The 145th Grange Fair gets underway in Centre Hall today.
This 9-day event is one of nation's last remaining tenting fairs. More than 1,500 RVs, 1,000 tents and thousands of exhibit items will fill the fairgrounds for you to enjoy. This year the Grandstand shows are free.
