OSCEOLA MILLS - State police said Tuesday a Clearfield County man who killed his ex-girlfriend and her mother had a protection from abuse order against him. State police said Cody Bush shot and killed Victoria and Beth Shultz and injured another woman before taking his own life Friday. Officials say changes are coming down from the state for dog licenses that owners need to be aware of. New legislation has been passed to protect dog breeders, which makes it so all dogs will need to be licensed at 8 weeks of age, that's as soon as you buy or adopt a new puppy and take it home.
