Somerset Co., PA (WJAC) — U.S. Senate candidate Dave McCormick made a stop in Somerset County Tuesday.
McCormick toured the Leiss Tool and Die facility to highlight the importance of American manufacturing and bringing jobs back to the commonwealth.
McCormick cites more training opportunities and opening up oil and natural gas drilling as keys to making this happen.
McCormick is running on the Republican ticket.

6 News is learning more after state police say a high-speed chase in Indiana County ended with the suspect being shot and killed.
Channel 6 spoke with a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper who gave as much information as he says he could as this shooting remains under investigation.
