This week, North Korea floated hundreds of huge balloons to dump all of that trash across rival South Korea — an old-fashioned, Cold War-style provocation that the country has rarely used in recent years. One person dead after fire at Oakhurst Homes in Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN, Pa (WJAC) — One person has died after a fire in Johnstown, Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said Sunday night. Johnstown fire crews were called sometime after 9:30 p.m. Sunday to Building 15 at Oakhurst Homes in the city's West End neighborhood for a fire on the first floor that spread into the second floor, Lees said. Schwindel, Cubs rally in 9th, top Pirates for 5th win in a row

CHICAGO (AP) — Rookie Frank Schwindel hustled hard and sprawled for an RBI single that capped a three-run rally with two outs in the ninth inning, lifting the Chicago Cubs over the Pittsburgh Pirates 7-6 for their fifth straight win. Schwindel had three hits, including a solo home run. He has five homers in six games and 10 this season.
