NEW YORK CITY (TND) — The New York City Police Department is searching for a man accused of strangling and raping a woman near a Bronx subway station last week.
The crime occurred in the early morning hours of May 1 three blocks from the 3 Av-149 St subway station in the South Bronx. PennDOT announced Monday that more driver license centers in the western half of the state will be reopening for driver licensing and photo services.
The announcement is in response to the most recent guidance from the Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
PennDOT says the changes go into effect June 1 and will also affect locations with extended days of operations.
