ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — A criminal complaint is providing more details about what led to a shooting Wednesday at the Central Court building in Altoona that claimed the life of a corrections officer. Authorities were called to the court facility, located at 615 4th Street, just after 3 p.m. for reports of shots fired and an officer down. LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The "Take Back Title IX" tour, a nationwide bus tour with female athletes and coaches from across the country, was rallying Friday in Pennsylvania against an athlete that had the potential to play in the U.S. Women’s Open. Hailey Davidson, a transgender athlete, was selected as a first alternate for the U.S. Women’s Open, which is being held at the Lancaster Country Club. Cincinnati family honors late mother by creating care packages for chemotherapy patients

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A local family honored their mother’s battle with cancer by giving out free care packages. They collected comfort items and delivered them to others undergoing chemotherapy. Mother’s Day now has a different meaning for the Sunday family. Their mom Teri died of metastatic breast cancer in 2021. The family said she always had her chemo bag to make things easier.
