I mean, we deal with dead animals on the side of the road all the time, but nothing to this extent. Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Police in Jackson Township have charged a Cambria County man accused of raping a teenage girl in 2004, according to a criminal complaint.
Authorities say David Dernar, now age 52, faces charges of forcible rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and sexual assault, according to online court documents.
