UPDATE | Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees has identified the victim of Friday morning's coal truck crash along Route 56, near Windber Stadium.
Lees says 35-year-old Justin Robine was transported to Conemaugh Hospital after crashing his tri-axle into a tree, just before 5 a.m., and being ejected from the vehicle.
Officials say he was pronounced dead in the ICU around 11 a.m. Friday.

Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — State police say a Huntingdon County man is behind bars after he was accused of inappropriately touching a family member while she slept.
According to the affidavit, troopers were contacted on Monday after the man's social worker reported the alleged incident.
Police say the victim claimed that she woke up Sunday night and discovered that 50-year-old Rod Hardy was allegedly molesting her in her sleep. Read More...
